Molly McLaughlin emailed and needs 1Customer Service Assistant.   CTH for the right person.  They have seen an increased need for admin support in the Customer Service Department.  Report to Molly McLaughlin and call out to Molly as well.  Scott has the lead. Pay starting at   17/24.85/7105 (Possibly more depending on situation)

This is truly a department support position.   You will be working closely with the Customer Service Department and the Director of Business Development to provide clerical support, data entry of orders and printing of orders. The day will typically begin with entering new orders into the system.  Attention to detail is a must as you could be completing order forms, entering sales order into system and providing proper coding for the sales analysis program.  You will also be checking throughout the day for revisions that need to be made to existing orders, reviewing orders for errors, preparing folders for tracking and distributing them to CSR's for final review daily.   All invoice orders will need to be prepared for shipment.  This will require you to obtain list of orders ready for shipment from Material Services Dept., pull orders from open order file to and input invoice requirements into computer system, prepare orders to ship and ensure all documentation for order is completed.  Each client has specific invoicing requirements which will need to be addressed at that time ( mailed, emailed or contacted).  Clerical support for Customer Service Department could include:  Taking detailed phone messages, preparation of informational packets to Customer Relations Reps, delivery of packages to Material Services Dept., proofreading correspondences, and handling customer requests such as catalogs or specific information about a product.  Other duties will be added in addition to those about, all will be assisting the Customer Service Team and the Director of Business Development.
