This order is a catch all for Process Tech positions. Shift will be selected during screening and the candidate will be moved to the correct order. The job description and screening info is all correct. 


 This position requires background check, 10 panel drug test, Vision, Physical, Release of Information, HIPPA docs, Verification of high school or GED,  Personal information form that includes address, phone number and emergency contact, Candidate also need to disclose if they are related to any body who works there. If they are they need to let us know. If the person they know works in HR the candidate will not be considered for any of their positions. 

Screening, this position requires heavy PPE, You are not able to ware jewelry of any kind. This includes your wedding ring and facial jewelry, no exceptions. You also are not able to wear makeup or perfume or body spray, deodorant only. You are also not able to wear any makeup. The dress code is scrubs which will be provided by the client. This position does not require vaccination but Tabaco in not permitted on the premise. Marijuana is disqualifying. If the candidate smokes or chews Tabaco they need to leave it in their car. During orientation you will train on day shift only. While training for the first 3 weeks perfect attendance is mandatory. If you miss a day, you may be asked to start all over with a different group.



Requirements 
1. High School Diploma or GED required. (They do check)
2. Manufacturing experience (assembly line, production of goods) desired.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Physical Requirements: Lift 60 lbs. unassisted, 14/14 corrected near-point vision, must pass a color deficiency test, exposure to allergens, working in aseptic areas, working in confined spaces, prolonged standing, and exposure to latex.

PROCESS TECH IV – SVP I/II
Responsibilities
1. De-casing – Removing bags of materials from the outer box and wiping them down to disinfect the packaging for transfer into the filling line.
2. Tray off – As oversealed vials come out of the filling line through the wall, they accumulate on a table. The person in tray off simply uses a paddle to move the vials into small trays, which then get loaded onto a cart for further processing by other technicians.
3. Tunnel Inspection – Visual inspection for broken glass or disruptions within pack and loading vials through rinser, changeover of equipment.
4. Cleaning - involves Personal Protective Equipment: A Respirator or Face Shield (depending on what they clean), long gloves and apron.
