JO: Linda Paris requested help to fill a Production Technician role.   They do not have to have soldering experience, willing to train the right candidates.   It's going to be more of an entry level role, so experience is not necessary, but soldering skills, electronic test experience or computer training will be highly desirable, and will result in a higher wage.  
  Set up meet and greet with Linda.  Drug or BG needed.   7am to 4pm M-F.   Use web time card.  Will be interviewing with Jesse Carter.   Position will be Open Ended.  

Shift:  Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. 
Wage:  CL3574 - $16.00/22.29 to $18.00/24.61 DOE

NOTE:
Skills Required:  
•  Strong communication and documentation skills
• Good keyboarding skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
Strong attention to detail
Take directions well
• Reliable and prompt to start of shifts and respect for allocated break times
• Must be able to work unsupervised
• Accurately collect and report data

Average Day: 
The Production Technician will assemble, program and test devices. The position requires accuracy, the ability to learn, good communication skills and basic computer skills. Many avenues for advancement are offered and training will be provided for the person with a desire to learn and the ability to work as a team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Working indoors, good lighting, most of the day sitting.  Assembly of wireless Nurse Call and Emergency Call systems for healthcare and emergency services.    Repetitive work for sure.  

Parts are small, the unit goes in a wall in bathrooms of hospitals, has a mechanism that pulls to notify nurses,, sitting almost 100%- Able to follow instructions-- They need a steady hand, and good eye sight.  If they have soldering experience, that would be great.  Surface Mount is what they are working with currently, but Kenny said that Through Hole would be a bonus.
