- Project Manager
- Idaho Office (based here).
- Can be a mid-level or senior-level PM, minimum three (3) years’ experience in the PM role. If it’s a senior-level PM, we need someone who can soon grow into an Operations Manager role (over all the construction for that office so the Director of Construction can focus on higher level duties). If you found one of each, we’d take them both.
- Ideal experience would include multi-family (apartments) and/or strong commercial experience; experience with projects north of $15M each.
- Needs to be a person who is competent, drives for excellence, is focused on “team”, doesn’t need everything spelled out for them in an established manual (we’re still in the “forming” process at Petra, so we’re establishing processes), and highly values a culture of teamwork, integrity, safety, accountability, customer service, and is comfortable with change. We don’t want someone who wants a specific project type, rather is comfortable with diversity (they may do an “anchor” project, then a few “base hits” while we wait for the next anchor project).
- Price range starting at $95K/year base salary, closer to $115K/year for a senior-level PM.
