Reporting to Lindsay Breedlove the First Day. 
Shift:  Weekend/Day, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm  * Work 36 hrs, paid 40
Wage: CP3574 $15.00/20.70/27.95 to $16.00/22.08/29.80 Entry Level, ** $18.00/24.84/33.54  Experienced.
Lift: 5 to 25 lbs
100 % Standing - Reach At/Above and Shoulder Height
NOTE: 8:00 am START THE FIRST DAY - RETURNEES = BRING PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP

Qualifications/Skills required:
Essential:

Previous experience working in manufacturing/printing environment is a plus
Familiar with the use of basic hand tools
Able to learn shop processes quickly and safely
Good manual dexterity
Self-motivated; able to work alone or as part of a team to deliver required tasks
Understanding of assembly procedures
Able to read and understand assembly drawings
Able to work scheduled overtime
Excellent attendance record
Able to recognize quality and or efficiency issues and recommend corrective action
Understand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes
Able to stand for long periods of time
Ability to read blueprints, BOM, and process procedures.
• Must have 20/20 vision, correctable is acceptable.
• Able to do fine detail work.

Must be able to routinely lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Must have basic knowledge of inks.

Average Day:
 Under general supervision, performs various production activities working within a variety of product families. This requires a working knowledge of various processes, operations and tools to fabricate different product parts. Sets up and operates machines for production operations and may assist co-workers with these processes as they apply to the product families. The work covers duties such as setting up and operating production machinery (e.g. injection and/or compression presses, punch presses, testing equipment, mixing ink, color matching etc.).

Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs Screen Printing, Embossing, Die Cutting and Laminating
- Setup and runs machines
- Inspection of fabrication parts
- Develops Manufacturing Assembly Procedures
- May assist in training of new employees
- Under limited supervision, uses schematics or assembly drawings and oral and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework or inspect units
- Assignments are moderately complex
- Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above
- Understand ethics and business conduct policies

**Old job descript: This position will be working in the Screen Shop. Candidate will be doing set up on the screen table and screen the images onto various substrates. After each screen is "squeeged" the screen is inspected and placed on the drying conveyor where the Touch Up Inspectors will touch-up the screen if necessary, checking for any mistakes or smears on the screen. They will take down old screens and completely clean up the old ink so as to get the machine ready for the next color and screen. The Screening on the templates will take several processes to reach the final print.
Produces products in accordance with Quality Manual and Labor Standards.
Duties are likely to include designing screen print patterns, preparing screen printing stencils, mixing and loading ink, cleaning machines, troubleshooting technological problems, maintaining screen printing equipment. Reviews print order to determine settings and adjustments required to set up manually controlled or automatic screen-printing machine. Adjusts position of design on screen to ensure specified color print registration. Counts and records quantities printed in production log. Inspects printing equipment and replaces damaged or defective parts, such as switches, pulleys, fixtures, screws, and bolts. Examines product for paint smears, position of design, or other defects and adjusts equipment.
