Jo: Lindsay Breedlove/HR requested help to fill 2 positions for their Day Shift. Positions are Open Ended for now. Direct place. If they have been there recently give name for approval to return. Must pass D/B and Provide Proof of Citizenship before they can start. Submit resume first for review if they have any experience.
Reporting to Mat Best/Production Mgr . . Rosa has the lead.
Shift: Day, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 to 4:30
Wage: CL3574 $15.00/20.70/27.95 CP3574 $15.00/18.45/24.91
100 % Standing - Reach At/Above and Shoulder Height
NOTE: 7:30 am START THE FIRST DAY - RETURNEES = BRING PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP
Skills Required: * Essential: Machine Operator willing to train on all processes.
• Has met all internal training requirements established for level 1 printer, level 2 setup, and level 1 machine operation.
• Must be able to power up placement equipment and reflow ovens.
• Able to properly adjust both input and output conveyor rails on placement and reflow equipment.
• Understands all aspects of surface mount traveler.
• Knows how to properly load and unload assembly layouts on placement equipment.
• Knows how to print management data and add needed information before turning in for input.
• Understands machine alert messages.
• Knows how to trim in component magazines.
• Knows when and how to properly replenish exhausted parts through proper documentation and process.
• Able to identify surface mount electrical components.
• Ability to upload/download machine programs and make needed adjustments to improve solder paste print and or component placement on related equipment.
• Ability to read and understand assembly bill of materials.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to recommend changes to increase machine efficiency and or improve quality
• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Able to operate equipment efficiently as measured by daily load requirements.
• Works with Manufacturing Engineering and makes recommended changes where needed on design and process capabilities concerning machine process.
• Has ability to verify acceptable process quality as set by internal and external standards.
• Makes material acceptance and/or rejection recommendations.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Good attendance record.
• Willingness to cross-train and learn other departments and machine operation technologies when needed.
• Able to work with others conflict free in a team driven environment.
• Must have good hand eye coordination.
HS Diploma -
Top 3 Qualifiers:
1. Computer operating systems knowledge.
2. Basic knowledge of MyCronic placement equipment.
3. Previous experience in the operation of MYDATA placement equipment.
Average Day: Requires knowledge of surface mount placement machine operation and related surface mount technology processes.
Responsible for the efficient operation of surface mount placement line and associated equipment. Sets up and operates solder paste printing equipment and is responsible for determining acceptability of prints. Sets re-flow oven to set parameters. Communicates with technical support personnel on process controls and product outcome and communicates with area management as to schedule completion.
