Matt Dunaway contacted Jason Rook and needs 5 FT CTH Electro-Mechanical Assemblers asap. Growth ( Over 33% this year ) is the cause for the need. Reliable Strong Work Ethic Ability to be part of a Team
You will be working in a CLEAN room, wearing full clean gear ( booties, pants, shirt, gloves and head gear ). They adjust the temperature in the clean to maintain comfortable working conditions. The day typically starts by reviewing work orders and comparing to completed work from the day prior. You could be at anytime trouble shooting electro-mechanical products, adjusting and repairing if needed. Experience with use of common test equipment such as multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, power supplies, and computers is highly recommended, but can be trained if the right person is found. Capable of working from electronic schematics/mechanical drawings, as well as written or verbal instructions. The first day will consist of orientation and training, the follow 2 to 3 months will be working directly with a team champion to train and acclimate you to the work and environment. Although the desired skills are more technical this is an entry level position and the company is dedicated to training and developing long term members of the organization. The right attitude and willingness to learn is key.
