INTERNAL IT SOLUTIONS REPRESENTATIVE

COLFAX, WA


Our client is in the agricultural business serving growers in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. If you like variety in your job, this is the position for you. This role offers an interesting set of tasks that do not fit neatly into any traditional ‘help desk’ definition, but rather span across several disciplines. In this role you will wear multiple hats: IT Help Desk, PC Technician, Software Support; Software Training and Project Manager– this job is a little bit of everything! Our ideal candidate will embody their department’s mentality of “you’ve come to the right place for solutions to your problems!” and be willing to address issues with a sense of urgency.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • A firm commitment and dedication to providing outstanding customer

    service and a desire to make contributions through positive communication and teamwork.

  • Answer and resolve phone and email tickets.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing, documenting, and enforcing

    organization standards.

  • Become fluent in Zendesk and JIRA SOP’s.
  • Provide technology-based customer service to employees and customers.
  • Provide all levels of technical support for PC hardware, software, network,

    email, telephone, and cloud applications.

  • Clearly and comprehensively communicate with customers and team

    members to resolve technical problems, including documentation.

  • Specifically learn HighQ, Cinch at a level to support those applications.
  • Work with team members to properly check software prior to release.
  • Other duties as defined.


Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of help desk/support experience. 
  • You are a self-directed person who can focus on team metrics and initiatives.


Compensation:

  • Hourly wage (payable biweekly). Although overtime is unusual for this position and needs to be approved by the manager per the company’s handbook, overtime is paid at 1.5x base wage for those hours worked over 40 in a normal workweek. 


Paid Vacation

  • Two weeks paid vacation after one full year of continuous employment, and each full year of continuous employment thereafter.  


Paid Holidays

  • Seven paid holidays which are New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July,

    Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Friday after, and Christmas.


Company Health Insurance Plan

  • Current company health insurance offered is Wellmark Blue Cross and 

Delta Dental/Vision. Client pays 100% of basic health, dental, & vision insurance for each individual full-time employee enrolled on the group health plan. Insurance would become effective the month following one month of employment.
